Sports Specific Training

Looking to improve your performance on the court or field?

Strength and conditioning plays a key role in improving athletic performance on the field, as well as decrease risk for injury. This program will strength your body using exercises which enhance movements used in your sport, stability exercises that can decrease risk of injury, and mobility and conditioning to keep you prepared for your season.

This training can be done online, or in person via 1-on-1 or group training. Availability is limited for in person training in our gym. If you are interested in training in a group or with your team, please let us know in the “Message” box of the Training Application.

1-on-1 In person training (3 days a week) - $235 per month

1-on-1 In person training (5 days a week) - $275 per month
